
Glastonbury, CT – Smith Brothers Insurance LLC has announced the acquisition of Charter Oak Agency, effective July 1, 2025. Charter Oak Agency, an independent insurance agency with offices in Westport and Derby, CT, will retain these locations, further strengthening Smith Brothers footprint in Southern Connecticut. With its headquarters at 68 National Drive, Glastonbury, CT, Smith Brothers Insurance also has office locations across Connecticut, Massachusetts, New Jersey, and New York.
Marissa Barbera and her team will join Smith Brothers Insurance, a Top 100 Risk Management and Insurance broker.
