Kim is responsible for the Technology & Data strategy and M&A due diligence. Kim works with all areas of the agency to ensure our technology and data strategies drives the client experience, business results, and fosters a great place to work. She joined the family business in 1987 and has held numerous roles in the agency throughout her career. She holds an Economics degree from the University of Connecticut and earned several insurance licenses, including CPCU and ARM. Kim is an avid reader, loves the beach and is always giving back to the community.
