Carol is responsible for our Great Place to Work Strategy, built around our people, culture, and wellbeing. Carol works with team members across the agency on initiatives to support the wellbeing of our team members, strengthen overall engagement and alignment, ensure an impactful culture, build a pipeline of talent, and advancing our strategic priorities. She also leads internal communication and marketing efforts for our agency. Carol brings 25 years of experience at ESPN, where she led operations and technology teams to deliver content to sports fans. A certified yoga instructor, Carol works with several UCONN athletic teams teaching yoga and breathing techniques as tools for life.
