Primary Job Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruiting lifecycle search, including sourcing and external pipeline building, across a variety of open roles across our agency
  • Work closely with hiring managers to develop a deep understanding of culture, business strategy, hiring needs, and talent profiles for each position to deliver on our hiring needs
  • Continuously partner with recruiting team and leadership team to design, refine, and implement innovative recruiting strategies
  • Develop and execute search strategies to find quality active and passive candidates
  • Effectively source candidates via various methods such as, resume mining, internet searches, social media, networking, creating target lists of companies, other candidate relationships, etc.
  • Build and maintain a searchable database of qualified active and passive candidates to pull from for current and future use
  • Establish well respected long-term partnerships, both internally and externally
  • Work with hiring manager and write job postings before posting on all relevant platforms, such as, intranet, website, job boards, association sites, social media, etc.
  • Manage searches or projects with project management methodology inclusive of recapping strategy meetings and developing search plans
  • Conduct in-depth screens and assess potential candidates for level of interest, qualifications, and salary expectations
  • Shortlist candidates based on criteria and schedule interviews with hiring team
  • Manage the candidate experience throughout the selection process including offer negotiation and new team member onboarding
  • Maintain a high level of transparency and communication with candidates and hiring managers
  • Support hiring teams and help them make objective hiring decisions
  • Build relationships with candidates for the future
  • Track metrics to celebrate successes and identify opportunities for improvement in the hiring process
  • Represent company for recruiting purposes at identified networking, industry, college relationships, job fairs, and conferences
  • Meet competitive hiring goals and expectations
  • Work on projects and other work as assigned
  • Participate in internal learning and development sessions
  • Maintain confidentiality of client and company information and adhere to all personal and financial data privacy protocols
  • Follow department and company defined processes, procedures, and workflows, within specified timelines, to drive consistency and efficiency, with a focus on client experience
  • Support and demonstrate the core values of our agency: trust, respect, creativity, and fun

  • 3 plus years of experience in full recruitment lifecycle developing and executing on sourcing and recruitment plans
  • Experience and familiarity with recruiting for professional services such as, insurance, financial services, accounting, legal, engineering, etc.
  • Demonstrated ability to consult with clients about talent needs and designing and executing recruitment strategies around those needs
  • Experience using all social media tools for attracting, marketing, engaging, networking, and sourcing
  • Experience writing effective job descriptions and working knowledge of job boards
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office, database management systems, internet search, and using social media tools for sourcing and recruiting
  • Experience meeting hiring goals and expectations
  • Ability to manage a high volume of requisitions
  • Ability to maintain confidential information
  • Previous experience working in a team environment and establishing positive working relationships
  • Commitment to continuous process improvement and team development
  • High School Diploma required, College Degree Preferred

General Working Conditions

  • Fast paced office environment with significant telephone and in person activity
  • Candidate meetings and networking may require non-standard normal working hours – evening events and some travel may be required as normal course of business
  • Ability to view computer monitors for extended periods of time
