Smith Brothers Wins Top Award from Workforce Star

Smith Brothers recently received the 2007 Workforce Star Award from Capital Workforce Partners (CWP), the Workforce Investment Board in the North Central Connecticut region. The Workforce Star Award was presented to the top four organizations that demonstrate a strong commitment to help employees expand their education and improve their job skills in the workforce.

This was the second annual Workforce Star Awards, and in the insurance/financial services sector Smith Brothers came out on top, among some highly competitive submissions. Smith Brothers was selected as the top winner based on their outstanding and extraordinary contributions to workforce development.
